If there are any issues with data that has been in Focus for more than 24 hours not being correct in a software application, please enter an IT Service Desk ticket to request assistance. Include as much information as possible such as course number and students.

Update
Most district-wide software applications with the exception of myON have been rolled to the new school year. Study Island should now be fully functional at all schools.

Update
Most district-wide software applications with the exception of myON have been rolled to the new school year. Note that some some schools did not roll to the new school year in Study Island. IT staff are continuing to troubleshoot issues at the following schools: Jim Allen, Kingsfield, McArthur, Myrtle Grove, Navy Point, Oakcrest, Semmes, Pine Meadow, Pleasant Grove, Lipscomb, Scenic Heights, Sherwood, and West Pensacola.

Note that some applications such as McGraw-Hill (ConnectED) will not be available until the first day of school. All software applications populated with student data will be rolled over to the new school year beginning on Monday, July 20th. This includes CORE resources such as Schoolnet, itslearning, Destiny, HMH, McGraw-Hill (ConnectED), Pearson Realize, Office 365, SchoolMessenger, etc. Note that G Suite will not be rolled to the new school year until July 24th and Renaissance Learning products and i-Ready will be rolled to the new school year on July 27th.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Teacher Tools (Schoolnet), Student Tools (Destiny, Other Student Tools), and Email, Calendar, & Collaboration (Microsoft Office 365).
