Most vendor products that use student data are being rolled to the new school year. Most products should not be used at this time. Note that a successful roll to the new school year is dependent upon student schedules being accurate and error free in Focus and each vendor accepting the data being shared with them into their product. Vendors may choose not to accept data that contains too many errors. Student tools should be reliably available approximately 5 days after 90% of students are fully scheduled and errors are below an acceptable level. (TI)
