This should allow vendors time to have resources reliably available by 8/9. Update

This should allow vendors time to have resources reliably available by 8/9. However, IT staff are still working to manually assign McGraw-Hill resources to courses. We anticipate that this process should be completed by end of the day on 8/9. IT staff will begin accepting requests for assistance in accessing non-McGraw-Hill digital resources on 8/9. (TI)

Update
Focus errors remain high and less than 90% of our students are fully scheduled. Until both of these issues have been addressed for at least five days, student tools will not be reliably available. For this reason, no requests for assistance in accessing student tools should be reported to the IT Department until at least 8/5.

Most vendor products that use student data are being rolled to the new school year. Most products should not be used at this time. Note that a successful roll to the new school year is dependent upon student schedules being accurate and error free in Focus and each vendor accepting the data being shared with them into their product. Vendors may choose not to accept data that contains too many errors. Student tools should be reliably available approximately 5 days after 90% of students are fully scheduled and errors are below an acceptable level. (TI)
