Most vendor products that use student data are currently under maintenance and unavailable for use. These products (Ex., iReady, Edgenuity, Renaissance, etc.) are being rolled over and rostered with the new school year data. Note that a successful roll to the new school year is dependent upon student schedules being accurate and error free in Focus and each vendor accepting the data being shared with them into their product. Vendors may choose not to accept data that contains too many errors. Student tools should be reliably available approximately 5 days after 90% of students are fully scheduled, and errors are below an acceptable level. (MM)
